Lauren Herman

I am passionate about fitness and have been leading individual and group fitness programs for 25 years. I am certified through the American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer and Health Coach and have been teaching and coaching tennis for over 30 years.

 I customize my workouts to accommodate my clients' fitness level, experience and aspirations. All clients receive a thorough assessment of their capabilities and skill sets before I create a customized fitness program.

 Fitness doesn't need to stop because of COVID. I use ZOOM to lead exciting and fulfilling fitness classes for both groups and one on one sessions.
