Start your day with a dynamic energizing muscle building & cardio workout all in your own space via Zoom. Lauren will run you through a well rounded workout with clear instructions on how to do each exercise. If you are an experienced exerciser or looking to get started, she will modify the exercises so that they work for you. Equipment needs are minimal. You can use objects around the house or dumbbells.
Mondays and Fridays: 7 - 8am
Wednesdays: 7:30 - 8:30am

Lauren is excited to offer this weekly IN PERSON GROUP FITNESS CLASS which is held outdoors at THE FARM (UNC faculty staff- recreation assn)
All muscles will be targeted during this workout and each workout is different from the last. Contact Lauren for more information
